Launched by Kelly Webb-Lamb, former Deputy Director of Programmes at C4, with a top team of brilliant and talented women – Charlotte Desai as Creative Director, Gilly Greenslade as Director of Programmes, Gudren Claire as Head of Production and Donna Gomes as Director of Commercial & Business Affairs – Mothership’s aim is to grow a slate of global formats, working with all the major broadcasters and platforms, both in the UK and around the world.

The core Mothership team have decades of experience creating, selling, producing and commissioning many of the biggest unscripted hits in British tv, including The Apprentice, Hunted, The Island with Bear Grylls, The Dog House, Hospital, Bake Off, Gogglebox, The Circle, The Undateables, The Great British School Swap and Got to Dance.

We have worked with a huge variety of both established and new talent, including Emma Willis, Sandi Toksvig, Sophie Willan, Mo Gilligan, Jamie Oliver, Lord Sugar, Paul Hollywood, Mary Portas, Prue Leith, Gordon Ramsay, Bear Grylls, Matt Lucas, Yinka Bokkini, Alice Levine, Noel Fielding, and Ashley Banjo.
