Jake Park

Jake (Joon Kyu) Park has extensive experience in financial leadership and strategic investment across notable companies in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Treasurer at Motional since June 2021, Jake manages corporate treasury functions and acts as a liaison for Hyundai. Prior roles include Strategic Investment Analysis Lead at Hyundai Motor Company, where Jake oversaw the joint venture with Aptive, and FP&A & Investment Project Lead, providing crucial financial reports to executives. At Genesis, Jake led US retail sales operations and served as a financial advisor to the division head. Earlier positions included leading new investment projects across the AMEA region and serving as CFO at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., where significant business turnaround efforts took place. Jake's career began in the Republic of Korea Army as a Foreign Affairs Assistant. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
