TR McAlexander is a Principal Engineer at Motional, working on autonomy integration since July 2025. Previously, TR held the position of Software Engineering Manager II at Latitude AI from February 2023 to July 2025, leading engineering groups in software update tooling and autonomy compute operating systems. Prior experience includes a similar role at Argo AI from October 2017 to February 2023, focusing on onboard infrastructure deployment. TR began a career in software engineering at Bossa Nova Robotics, where automated CI/CD pipelines were implemented, and served in various technical roles at Branding Brand, SIL4 Systems, Inc., the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, and the University of Pittsburgh. TR earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012.
