Alba Morales has over 16 years of experience in quality assurance and management, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance Automation at MotionPoint since February 2007. In this role, Alba leads day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance department, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring departmental goals are met. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsibilities included overseeing staffing initiatives and effectively communicating job expectations. Prior to this, Alba worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, employing best practices to analyze project requirements and develop test plans. Alba began a career in education as an Enrollment Service Officer at Broward College, assisting students with admissions and educational counseling. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Broward College.
