Sarah Norman is a seasoned professional in UX/UI design and leadership, currently serving as a UX/UI Consultant at Motiv since May 2022. With extensive experience as the Business Director for Texas Lonestar Rollergirls from January 2020 to June 2024, Sarah managed league operations, budget planning, and partner relationships. Previous roles include Visual Product and Interaction Designer at Benten Technologies, where Sarah produced high-fidelity prototypes, and Merchandise Manager at Texas Lonestar Rollergirls, where Sarah transitioned sales strategies to online platforms. Earlier experience includes client-focused roles in various capacities at The Duchman Family Winery, Pacific Fertility Center, Burt Children Center, and St. Anne's. Sarah holds a certification in UX/UI design from Springboard and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
