Meghan Lew has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Motiv Space Systems, Inc. since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Boeing from 2015 to 2017 as a Structural Design Engineer, focusing on 767 Airframe wing production support and solving Corrective Action Requests. Meghan used various software and tools to investigate surrounding hardware and provide design solutions to improve build quality and decrease cost. Meghan also worked on wing closeout rib panel integration structures, slat joint grease requirements, tolerance studies, and trade studies to optimize cost. Additionally, they designed and created Engineering datasets for wing tip testing and revised datasets for flatness requirements to improve supplier yield. Before Boeing, they had internships at Tandem Diabetes Care in 2014 and 2013, where they gained experience in R&D Mechanical Engineering.
Meghan Lew pursued their higher education from 2011 to 2015 at Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
