Michael Wardinsky

Michael Wardinsky is an experienced professional in chemical engineering, currently serving as Manager of FCC and Alkylation Technology at Motiva Enterprises LLC since 2018. Prior to this role, Michael has held multiple positions at Phillips 66, including Senior Process Engineer and Lead Process Engineer for FCCUs, Alkylation, and Amine/Sulfur. Michael's career began at Phillips Petroleum Company, where roles included FCC Technology Specialist and FCC Operations Engineer, after which a tenure at ConocoPhillips as FCC Network Lead was completed. Michael holds a PhD and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, as well as a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
