Dano Gillette

Dano Gillette is an accomplished engineering leader with a diverse range of experience in software development and business entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Motivosity since May 2023 and a Founder at Innovator's Club since March 2024, Dano's previous roles include Director of Engineering and Software Engineering Manager at FASHIONPHILE from March 2018 to May 2023, as well as Senior PHP Developer and Web Developer positions at various companies. With a background in ecommerce consulting at Guidance Interactive, Dano has also operated a personal business, 3AV LLC, focusing on web development and marketing. Dano holds an education from Utah Valley University, with studies completed between 2013 and 2016.
