Dheeraj Tupe's work experience begins in 2017 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, they gained experience in problem solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems for bug fixes and updates. Dheeraj also presented work results to senior management and clients on a weekly basis.
In 2020, Dheeraj worked as an Autonomous Vehicle Research Intern at Centre national de la recherche scientifique. During this internship, their objective was to make the ego vehicle navigate on roads while avoiding collisions with other road occupants and handling uncertainties. Dheeraj focused on the trajectory and maneuver planning step for autonomous vehicles, considering vehicle dynamics.
In 2021, they worked as a Freelancer on Upwork, and in 2022, they joined MOTOR AI as a Motion Planning and Control Engineer.
Dheeraj Tupe pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, which they completed between 2012 and 2016. Following this, they attended Polytech Orléans from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Automotive engineering and sustainable mobility. Upon completing their education at Polytech Orléans, they joined ISAT in 2019 and completed a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering and Sustainable Mobility in 2020. In 2021, they enrolled in Udacity to earn a Nanodegree in Self-Driving Car Engineer, which was completed in the same year.
MOTOR Ai
Motor Ai is the only German autonomous driving company specialized in addressing the safety and legal requirements set by the European Union. Motor Ai is building an Intelligence for level 4 and 5 autonomous vehicles. Its cognitive intelligence-based system is capable of making decisions in complex, urban traffic. In contrast to trained-modelapproaches, the system can explainably reach a decision in a completely new situation. This offers two great advantages: it is certifiable under international safety standards and does not need to be trained on infinite scenarios.Motor Ai was founded in 2017 by Roy Uhlmann and Adam Bahlke. It was initially bootstrapped and quickly gained support through competitive accelerator programs such as the Horizon 2020 initiative by the European Union and through investments from experienced investors. Motor Ai’s international team is composed of experts in computer vision and cognitive neuroscience.
