From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Validation Engineer at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where they converted CAN data into valuable information and developed models for deducing steering angle and GPS coordinates. In 2020, they joined Università di Trento for their Master's Thesis, where they expanded on the university's work in motion planning and developed a fast and efficient algorithm for real-time racing vehicle applications. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Engineer at Formula Student Team Delft, where they were introduced to ROS2 based simulation and lap time simulations. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Motion Planning Engineer at Motor AI.

Sooraj Ajith completed their education history with a Master's degree in Automotive Systems from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. MOTOR Ai

Motor Ai is the only German autonomous driving company specialized in addressing the safety and legal requirements set by the European Union. Motor Ai is building an Intelligence for level 4 and 5 autonomous vehicles. Its cognitive intelligence-based system is capable of making decisions in complex, urban traffic. In contrast to trained-modelapproaches, the system can explainably reach a decision in a completely new situation. This offers two great advantages: it is certifiable under international safety standards and does not need to be trained on infinite scenarios.Motor Ai was founded in 2017 by Roy Uhlmann and Adam Bahlke. It was initially bootstrapped and quickly gained support through competitive accelerator programs such as the Horizon 2020 initiative by the European Union and through investments from experienced investors. Motor Ai’s international team is composed of experts in computer vision and cognitive neuroscience.
