Dan Ritter

Dan Ritter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, particularly within the defense and technology sectors. Since joining Motorola Solutions in 2004, Dan has held various senior commercial counsel positions, focusing on regions such as Israel, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, and mid-Asian markets. Prior responsibilities included negotiations with governmental entities and military organizations, managing complex commercial agreements, and cultivating strong relationships across diverse cultures. From 2012, Dan also serves as General Counsel for Motorola Solutions Israel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Bar Ilan University, a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a legal mediator certification from Gome - Israel's mediation center.
