Jay's extensive experience at Motorola Mobility encompasses product strategy and compliance, alongside leading software engineering efforts since 1998. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Master's in Computer Science from Arizona State University, among other degrees.
