Josh Strickland

Josh Strickland is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and software enterprise matters. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Global Products Counsel at Motorola Solutions since August 2017, Josh has held various leadership roles within the organization, focusing on legal issues related to the Software Enterprise and corporate transactions. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at GridLiance, an independent transmission company, overseeing corporate legal affairs. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Daley & Tang Partners LLC, and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where Josh specialized in private equity and corporate matters. Josh holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Harvard University.
