Krzysztof Gwara

Krzysztof Gwara is a Software Engineering Manager at Motorola Solutions since February 2011, overseeing multiple product teams and responsible for the planning and delivery of software products using CI/CD pipelines. In addition to managerial roles, Krzysztof has served as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment, negotiating project scopes and facilitating quarterly planning for over 70 engineers. Previous roles at Motorola included Project Lead, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer, where Krzysztof excelled in project management, test strategy development, and integration testing. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology and a Project Management certification from the International Project Management Association.
