Terry Bell

Terry Bell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and data privacy, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Ethics, Compliance, and Data Privacy Officer at Motorola Solutions since March 2012. In this role, Terry leads various organizations, including Global Security, EHS, Global Trade Compliance, and Crisis Management, while directly reporting to the General Counsel and providing regular updates to the CEO and Audit Committee. Prior to this position, Terry held multiple leadership roles focused on ethics and compliance within Motorola and its predecessor company, Motorola, including Senior Director of Ethics and Global Trade Compliance. Terry's career initiated at Boeing as a Senior Contract Specialist, where contract negotiation and administration were key responsibilities. Terry holds an MBA in Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Missouri.
