Previously, Sandeep held positions at Hero Motors as Purchasing Manager and Senior Associate in supply chain management, where responsibilities included developing partnerships with suppliers, managing performance metrics, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance profitability. Sandeep's career began at VMT Industries Pvt. Ltd. as a Purchasing Officer, following a tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at SMS Envocare Ltd. Sandeep holds a PGDM in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
