Daniel Stone is a Hydraulic Modeller at Mott MacDonald Bentley since August 2016, with prior experience as a Graduate Hydraulic Modeller at Sweco UK from March 2015 to August 2016 and as a Junior Hydrographic Surveyor at Harkand Andrews Survey from September 2013 to December 2014, where training in EIVA NaviPac, Winfrog, and VisualSoft was gained. Additionally, Daniel contributed as a Marine Development Technician at NAFC Marine Centre from November 2006 to August 2012, assisting with on-board survey work and data management. Involved in the NPP WATER Project as the principal project scientist and project manager, Daniel has conducted mathematical and computer modelling on marine environments, particularly assessing the impact of fish farm discharges using ArcGIS and SURFER applications. Education includes an MSc in Hydrography and a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology from the University of Plymouth.
