Brian Ripper

Brian Ripper is an experienced professional in recruitment, currently serving as a Partner and Recruiter at Mottu since April 2022. Brian's previous roles include Tech Recruiter positions at World Tech Recruiting and TOTVS, where a unique approach involved engaging candidates through conversations while playing video games. Prior to these roles, Brian was the Head of People at a55 and worked as a Tech Recruiter at Harpio. Additional experience includes a position in the Department of Personnel at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Centro Universitário IBMR, along with ongoing education in Mathematics and Computer Graphics at IMPA, and French Studies at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
