Quan, Pham Canh Anh has over 25 years of work experience in various HR and organizational development roles. Quan, is currently working as the HR & Admin Director at MOTUL since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Learning and Organization Development cum HRBP Manager at VNG Corporation from July 2018 to June 2021. Quan, also worked as the Regional L&D Manager - HRBP Manager at Esquel Group from February 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Learning and Organizational Development Manager at Jabil from July 2013 to February 2015, an HR Manager at Holcim Vietnam from November 2010 to July 2013, and a Training and Development Manager at PETRO VIETNAM DRILLING AND WELL SERVICES CORPORATION from March 2010 to November 2010. Furthermore, they served as an HR Manager at Intel Corporation from January 2009 to March 2010 and as a Learning & Development Manager at Kimberly-Clark from October 2004 to January 2009. Quan, started their career as a Service Training Manager at Honda Vietnam in October 1996, where they worked until October 2004.
Quan, Pham Canh Anh received a Bachelor's degree in Language Teaching from Danang University, attending from 1992 to 1994.
