Currently serving as Lead Recruiter for Professional Services at Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. since July 2016, Kariann has held various roles within the company, advancing from Professional Services Recruiter to Sr. Recruiter. Prior experience includes coordinating campus recruitment efforts at KPMG and managing customer service operations at Cascade Intl. Foods. Additionally, Kariann contributed to fundraising efforts at the University of Oregon's Annual Giving Program. An alumna of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Art and a minor in Business Administration, Kariann began their career in retail, where leadership and customer service skills were developed.
