Bob Bianca has a strong background in research and development, with expertise in the food industry. Bob started their career at Kraft Food Ingredients in 1990, where they worked as an R&D Section Manager. Bob then moved on to Favorite Brands International / Nabisco Foods, where they served as the Director of Technology. In 2001, they joined The Bama Companies, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Product Development. Following this, they held positions at Best Brands Corp. and Cafe Valley, Inc. as the VP of Research & Development and Quality Assurance. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Research & Development at Mount Franklin Foods, LLC.

Bob Bianca attended Bishop Hannan High School from 1971 to 1975, where they obtained their HS Diploma, focusing on Mathematics and Science. Bob then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Chemistry at the University of Scranton from 1975 to 1979.
