Gilberto is currently employed as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Mount Franklin Foods since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bridgestone for a significant period, starting in 2007. Gilberto González obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed in 2007.
