Prior to DMG, Hamed held significant positions at Energya Industries Ltd. as Corporate IT Operations Manager, PepsiCo as Egypt IT Network and Infrastructure Manager, and NIIT Limited as Senior Technical Instructor. Hamed began a career in technical support and engineering with roles at Allied Technology and El Fath Computer, following education with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Engineering.
