Madeleine Eichorn began their work experience in 2019 as a Personal Climbing Coach at Movement. Madeleine then joined Climbing Business Journal in 2021 as a Data Collector until November 2022. Concurrently, they also became an International Trustee at Circle K International from June 2021 to July 2022.
Madeleine Eichorn attended The George Washington University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study encompassed International Affairs with a focus on Security Policy. Additionally, they focused on Environmental and Sustainability Science with a specialization in Ecological Management.

MISSION To create community, share passion and inspire philantrophy. Founded in 2017, Movement (formerly El Cap) is the largest nationwide network of indoor climbing facilities. Movement is committed to growing the climbing community through a shared vision for outstanding customer service, inspirational designs, and highly engaged communities. Movement gyms feature bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing, as well as amenities like yoga studios, functional fitness, cardio zones and retail gear shops. Each facility caters to participants of all abilities – from competitive athletes to weekend adventurers and families. Presently, Movement is represented in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Orange County, and Portland.
