Movement
Shelley Marshall has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Instructor at Earth Treks Climbing Centers. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at the Space Telescope Science Institute, initially as an Administrative Assistant Lead and later as a Junior Software Tester. During this time, they performed various testing activities, developed user interfaces and test plans, and provided training to grant management office internal users. In 2014, they joined Empowered Solutions Group / CaseWorthy as a Client Support Specialist before transitioning to Momentum Indoor Climbing as a Project Coordinator. In 2018, Shelley joined Movement as a Human Resources Analyst and continues to hold this position.
Shelley Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.

MISSION To create community, share passion and inspire philantrophy. Founded in 2017, Movement (formerly El Cap) is the largest nationwide network of indoor climbing facilities. Movement is committed to growing the climbing community through a shared vision for outstanding customer service, inspirational designs, and highly engaged communities. Movement gyms feature bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing, as well as amenities like yoga studios, functional fitness, cardio zones and retail gear shops. Each facility caters to participants of all abilities – from competitive athletes to weekend adventurers and families. Presently, Movement is represented in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Orange County, and Portland.
