Stephanie Ko has a strong background in climbing center operations and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Movement, Stephanie is also the Past-Chair of DEI Strategic Committee. With previous roles at USA Climbing and Planet Granite Climbing Yoga Fitness, Stephanie brings extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Stephanie's journey in the industry began as a Routesetter and "Foreman" at Touchstone Climbing & Fitness before advancing to VP Climbing Center Operations and Sr Director roles. Stephanie is a dedicated professional with a focus on leadership, team development, and promoting diversity in the climbing community. Stephanie is an alumna of the University of California, Berkeley.

MISSION To create community, share passion and inspire philantrophy. Founded in 2017, Movement (formerly El Cap) is the largest nationwide network of indoor climbing facilities. Movement is committed to growing the climbing community through a shared vision for outstanding customer service, inspirational designs, and highly engaged communities. Movement gyms feature bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing, as well as amenities like yoga studios, functional fitness, cardio zones and retail gear shops. Each facility caters to participants of all abilities – from competitive athletes to weekend adventurers and families. Presently, Movement is represented in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Orange County, and Portland.
