Kevin McGovern has an extensive background in coaching and mentoring within the mortgage and business sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching-Mentor Coach at Movement Mortgage since August 2022, Kevin previously held leadership roles such as EVP Director of Coaching at Fairway Ignite from December 2015 to August 2022 and Mentor Coach, Area Manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from October 2015 to August 2022. Kevin's experience also includes partnerships at Making Better Happen, where a mentoring program helped clients achieve a balanced lifestyle, and roles as Branch Manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Executive Coach at Building Champions. Kevin founded Majestic Mortgage, serving as President from August 1993 to May 2006, demonstrating a commitment to empowering business leaders and enhancing performance through effective coaching.
