Clare Maxwell is an embodiment coach and the creator and owner of Embodied Learning Systems, specializing in energy conservation and body intelligent leadership for innovative leaders. With over two decades of experience, Clare has served as a faculty member at Movement Research Inc and has contributed to the Alexander Technique Experimenters Union as a creator and keystone collaborator. Clare has also provided private coaching in the Alexander Technique, addressing movement education and pain management. Additional notable engagements include working as a movement coach for theatrical productions and presenting innovative research at the 10th International Congress of the Alexander Technique. Clare Maxwell holds national certifications in the Alexander Technique and respiratory health, along with a BS in Dance from Sarah Lawrence College.
