Ryan LaForge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryan started their career as an International Sales Coordinator at HMS Products Co in 1992 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Product Engineer at Irvin Automotive Products, where they focused on designing and building interior trim components for the automotive industry. In 2003, they joined Michael Huffman & Associates as a Sales Engineer. Ryan then moved on to Homeland Capital Mortgage in 2006, where they worked as an Account Manager for a year. Following that, they joined Integrity Staffing Group, Inc. in 2007 and served as a Sales Manager for five years. Finally, in 2012, Ryan joined Movement Search & Delivery as the Managing Director, Contract Search Services, where they specialized in recruitment and finding the right fit for critical job openings.
Ryan LaForge attended Utica High School from 1989 to 1992. Ryan then enrolled at Kettering University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Ryan also obtained a BSME degree with a focus on Machine Design during their time at Kettering University from 1992 to 1996.
