Thomas Döör

Thomas Döör has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thomas started their career in 1997 as a Consultant at Mærsk Data A/S. Thomas then worked as a Consultant at Enterprise Systems from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Principal Consultant at Tietoenator from 2000 to 2007. Thomas also worked as a Senior Consultant at frontAvenue A/S from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, they joined Saxo Bank as a DBA Specialist for a short period of time before moving on to NNIT, where they held multiple roles. Thomas started as a Senior Lead Developer from 2008 to 2015, working on PharmaNet and being responsible for system architecture, design, development processes, and team performance. Thomas then became a Principal Consultant at NNIT for a brief period in 2015.

Thomas worked at Forca as an Application Developer from 2015 to 2016, and then joined NNIT again as a Lead Software Developer. In this role, they worked with new technologies, creating a reporting solution with Azure Data Factory and PowerBI in the cloud, as well as developing a user administration module based on ASP.NET Core.

Most recently, Thomas joined Mover Systems ApS in 2018 as a Software Developer.

Thomas Döör has a diverse education history. Thomas obtained their M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from an unknown institution, spanning from 1989 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Odense katedralskole between 1984 and 1987, where they pursued a student degree with a focus on Mathematics and Physics (Mat/fys).

In addition to their formal education, Thomas has acquired several certifications. These certifications include Certified Scrum Master, ITIL v3 Foundation, MCTS Microsoft .NET Framework - Application Development Foundation, MCTS SQL Server 2005 - Implementation and Maintenance, MCTS SQL Server 2008, Database Development, and Prince2 Foundation.
