Samrin Hyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and account management across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior Operations Manager at MOVIN Express since May 2022, Samrin previously held key roles at FedEx Express as Manager Operations (PUD & Air HUB) for the EMEA region, and at Reliance Communications as Service Marketing Head overseeing 114 retail stores in Mumbai. A significant part of Samrin's career was spent at airtel, eventually rising to Sr. Manager Corporate Services, managing large customer bases and ensuring service excellence. Samrin holds a PGDMM in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Avadh Girl's Degree College Lucknow. Major achievements include accolades for sales performance and corporate collection excellence, as well as recognition from prominent industry leaders.
