As Moving Ahead's Client and Programme Coordinator on the 30% Club cross-company flagship and international programmes, she works closely with the clients and the wider cross-company team to manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to programme delivery to close. The favourite part of her role is witnessing the positive impact the mentoring programmes have on the clients' confidence and hearing how much they are helping shape their futures.
