Patrick Fernandez

Patrick Fernandez serves as the Head of Human Resources at Moxion Power, a position held since October 2023 until the company’s closure due to a failed Series C funding round. Previously, Patrick held roles including Regional Human Resources Director at Plus Company, where efficiencies were created in benefits and HR operations, and Head of HR and Employee Engagement at ASTOUND Group, where initiatives improved employee engagement and performance management. Patrick's earlier experience includes senior HR positions at Dentsu Creative and Publicis Groupe, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives, among other responsibilities. Patrick began the career as an Account Supervisor at McCann Worldgroup and as an HR Project Manager at O.C. Tanner, emphasizing HR strategy and employee recognition. Patrick holds a B.S. in Mass Communication, Public Relations/Integrated Marketing from the University of Utah.
