Willow Mack

Willow Mack is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, customer success, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions & Strategic Initiatives at Moz since April 2024, Mack previously held several key roles at Moz, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Customer Success. Notable prior experience includes Senior Vice President of People Ops & Business Transformation at Ziff Davis, and Director of Client Strategy & Success at STAT Search Analytics, which was acquired by Moz.
