Karissa Hefferon

Karissa Hefferon is a seasoned marketing and retail professional with extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and client engagement. As the Director of Marketing and Development at Mozaic since November 2017, Karissa has successfully overseen the completion of projects while ensuring adherence to brand standards, as well as assisted in planning agency events and employee engagement activities. Prior to this role, Karissa served as Store Manager at Motherhood Maternity, focusing on sales performance and associate development, and worked at Victoria's Secret in various roles where a strong sales record and team coaching were emphasized. Karissa holds a Bachelor of Science in English/Creative Writing from SUNY Brockport.
