Katie Lower is a seasoned content design professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent companies. Currently a Senior Staff Content Designer at Mozilla since November 2022, Katie has previously held positions such as Senior Content Designer at Zipline and Information Architect at DocuSign. Additional experience includes roles at Allstate as a Senior Conversation Designer, Global HR Content Strategy Lead at Mars, and freelance work as a Taxonomist and Content Manager.
