Ludwig Fichte

Ludwig Fichte is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in UX research across various domains, currently serving as a Staff User Researcher at Mozilla since May 2021, focusing on mobile browsing products. Prior to this role, Ludwig held positions at Shopify, where responsibilities included leading a team of UX researchers and identifying user research needs in the Logistics product line. Previous experience encompasses significant contributions at SAP as a Senior UX Researcher and Trainer, as well as earlier roles in interaction and user interface design. As a UX lecturer for the German UPA, Ludwig demonstrated expertise in UX methodology and human-computer interaction through workshops. Ludwig holds a Diplom degree in Psychology of Communications from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz.
