Ethan Ardern

Ethan Ardern has held various roles in different companies. Ethan started as a Water Engineer at CH2M in 2013 and later worked as a Planning & Cost Engineer at Shell from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they took on a Business Development role at Omnidian and then had a similar role at MP Materials in 2020. Currently, they are the VP Projects at MP Materials and has also worked in Battery Supply Chain at Tesla in 2021.

Ethan Ardern holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
