James McNerney has over two decades of experience in various roles in the engineering and materials industry. James started their career at Flexmag Industries as a Technical Manager in 1997, eventually moving up to General Manager in 2004. James then transitioned to Arnold Magnetics Technologies as a New Business Development Manager in 2019 before becoming the Applications and Materials Manager in 2021. Currently, James serves as the Senior Director of Process Engineering at MP Materials since 2022.
James McNerney attended Alfred University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering.
