Madilyn Lyda

Madilyn Lyda is a skilled chemical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas, specializing in process engineering. Currently serving as Process Engineer II at MP Materials since June 2021, Madilyn previously held positions at TIMET as Process Quality Engineer and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included providing engineering support to production, managing departmental projects, and supporting capital projects to enhance efficiency. Earlier experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist/Researcher at Shiflett Research Group, focusing on product development related to food beverage purification, and serving as a Chemical Process Engineering Intern at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where process development and improvement were key areas of focus.
