Tushar Gupta

Tushar Gupta, Ph.D., is a senior metallurgical engineer at MP Materials, specializing in the research and development of rare earth tailings for concentrate production. Tushar has led various metallurgical feasibility studies and trials involving novel flotation chemistries. Previous roles include postdoctoral research scientist at Columbia University, where project management and technical support in mineral processing were key responsibilities, and graduate research assistant at the University of Kentucky, managing projects funded by the US Department of Energy.
