James Luckin has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leadership roles. James is currently working as the Head of FP&A at MPB, a position they started in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an FP&A Manager at MPB from January 2022 to March 2023. Before joining MPB, James worked at INTO University Partnerships as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, where they also had a secondment as a Senior Manager in Strategic Initiatives. James was with INTO University Partnerships from October 2017 to December 2021. James has also held various financial roles at Inspiring Learning, FDM Group, Learning Technologies Group plc, and BDO LLP. Earlier in their career, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as an Account Manager and Sales Representative. Indeed, James Luckin has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on leadership and strategic initiatives.

James Luckin attended Loughborough University from 2004 to 2007, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Psychology. From 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), where they obtained an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree.
