Winnie Makokha

Winnie Makokha is an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Officer at MPESA Foundation Academy since September 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing employee wellness through effective occupational health and safety practices. Winnie has also served as a Health and Safety Supervisor, focusing on the management of safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of staff, students, visitors, and contractors. Previously, as an Administrative Assistant and Environment, Health, and Safety Representative at Acacia Mining plc from October 2013 to May 2015, Winnie collaborated with the EHS Supervisor on incident investigations and prepared EHS reports. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from Moi University.
