Matt's prior role as a Lead Nuclear Plant Operations Instructor at Southern Company involved supervising exam writers and leading the development of regulatory exams. With a solid background at the Tennessee Valley Authority as Supervisor of Nuclear Operations Training, Matt managed examination programs with notable success rates.
