Vineeta Cherian currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development at Mphasis since April 2024. Prior to this role, Vineeta held the position of HR Leader at Amazon Web Services from October 2022 to April 2024, and worked as Solution Leader in Rewards Consulting at Aon from January 2022 to October 2022. Vineeta's extensive experience at Wipro from May 2010 to December 2021 included leadership roles in Executive Compensation and Human Resources, managing global compensation strategies, governance, and talent management processes. Earlier experience includes positions at TCS as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Vineeta holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
