Prior to this position, Jillian worked at Värde Partners in Business Development and Investor Relations from May 2017 to December 2021, and earlier held the role of Senior Lead Administrator at Robert Half from May 2014 to May 2017. Jillian holds a degree from Bethel University, which was completed from 2010 to 2014.
