MPowered Capital
In her role as Head of Capital Formation, Madeline is responsible for expanding MPowered’s relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors and consultants. She also participates in sourcing investment opportunities for the firm’s GP Structured Partnerships strategy and provides strategic guidance through the firm’s Multiplier Program, which aims to accelerate the growth of emerging managers in MPowered’s investment portfolio.
Prior to her role at MPowered, Madeline spent nearly five years at Stonepeak Partners where she oversaw business development, capital formation, marketing, and investor engagement across seven global strategies. She also acted in a product specialist role for both the Flagship North America and Asia Infrastructure strategies. Prior to Stonepeak, Madeline worked at Credit Suisse as an Analyst in the Private Fund Group.
Madeline graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University where she was a four-year starter and Captain for the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team. She is currently an Associate Board Member and volunteer for Minds Matter, an education-focused non-profit organization serving low-income students in NYC.
