Claire Sung, MBA, has extensive experience in strategic account management and customer success, currently serving as Sr. Strategic Account Manager at mPulse Mobile since March 2018. Prior roles at mPulse include Strategic Account Manager, Account Manager, and Client Success Manager. Claire previously worked at Eventpedia by Avodigy, where responsibilities included directing mobile operations and product marketing. At APLUS Learning Center, Claire held several positions, culminating in the role of Director of APLUS Tutoring Group, achieving notable differentiation for the tutoring service amidst competitors.
