Eric Murphy

Eric Murphy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and fixed income financing. Since August 2015, Eric has served as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at MQS Management LLC. Prior to this role, Eric was a Portfolio Manager at Morven Advisors, LLC, focusing on G7 interest rate relative value strategies. Eric's career at Morgan Stanley spanned from July 2007 to July 2013, where roles included Vice President and Associate in Fixed Income Financing, managing market-making operations for various European Government securities and US Treasury Specials, and implementing relative value trading strategies. Eric began in financial services as an Analyst in Prime Brokerage Risk Management, specializing in risk-based collateral requirements for hedge funds. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
