Beth Gormley

Beth Gormley is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Mr. Cooper since 2013, where responsibilities include acting as a corporate and securities attorney for a NASDAQ-listed company and engaging with senior executives and board members. Previously, Gormley was Corporate Counsel for Dr Pepper Snapple Group from 2005 to 2013, managing legal affairs for a Fortune 500 beverage company, and served as a Corporate Attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 2001 to 2005, representing private equity funds, corporate clients, and advising on securities regulations. Gormley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law and has advanced degrees from the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
